Gateway to Easton
Designed by the Lehigh Coal and Navigation Company in 1833, the Borough of South Easton was designed with canal and railroad workers in mind. It merged with the City of Easton in the early 20th Century. Home to Easton's own Weyerbacher Brewery, the Historic Canal Boat ride and Hugh Moore Park, South Side uses its unique and varied housing and close proximity to I-78 as a convenient gateway to Easton.
