July Storm Disaster Loans for Small Businesses
The U.S. Small Business Administration has approved a disaster declaration for Pennsylvania, with the primary county being Northampton, as a result of the storms and flash flooding event from July 15, 2023 – July 16, 2023.
Physical Loan Application; Deadline Date: 12/01/2023
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application; Deadline Date: 07/02/2024
The Interest Rates for Physical Damage Are:
Homeowners with Credit Available Elsewhere Rate: 5%
Homeowners without Credit Available Elsewhere Rate: 2.5%
Businesses with Credit Available Elsewhere Rate: 8.0%
Businesses without Credit Available Elsewhere Rate: 4.0%
Non-Profit Organizations with Credit Available Elsewhere Rate: 2.375%
Non-Profit Organizations without Credit Available Elsewhere Rate: 2.375%

Businesses & Small Agricultural Cooperatives without Credit Available Elsewhere Rate: 4.0%
Non-Profit Organizations without Credit Available Elsewhere Rate: 2.375%
