A new downtown paid parking lot option is available on weekday evenings after 5 pm and on weekends 24 hours at the Social Security Administration lot on S. 4th St. between Washington Street and Ferry Street.
It is a pay-by-app lot using the ParkSmarter app. Or scan the QR code on parking lot signs to pay online instead.
Note: during major city events a flat fee may be charged to park in the lot.
