No vehicle may be "stored" on any street. "Stored" vehicles are those parked in the same spot for over 72 hours. A vehicle parked on a street be operable and have current registration and inspection. No tractors, tractor trailers, dump trucks, garbage trucks, or other vehicles over 20 feet long (except passenger automobiles), may be parked on any street between 9 pm and 6 am.
