It is a violation to operate or play radios, stereos, musical instruments and other equipment that amplifies sound any time of the day such that it creates a noise disturbance across property boundaries. The ordinance further states that it is a violation to create a noise disturbance when in a vehicle on a public area, street or sidewalk. Call the police at 610-759-2200.
