What do I do about a dog that continuously barks or dogs running at large?

It is a violation for animals and birds to make noise continuously for ten minutes, or intermittently for one-half hour or more, that disturbs others any time of the day or night.

No owner of any dog shall allow it to run at large. Every dog shall have a securely neck collar and a proper license tag for the current year. When off the owner's premises, the dog shall be properly leashed. Call the police at 610-759-2200.
