 Public Notice - Virtual Meetings During the COVID-19 Disaster Emergency

All regularly scheduled Meetings of City Council as well as Planning Commission Zoning Hearing Board, Historic District Commission and any other Board, Commissions or Authorities that have previously advertised their regularly scheduled meeting, during the COVID-19 Disaster Emergency, will be conducted through the use of an authorized telecommunications device until expiration or termination of the COVID-19 Disaster Emergency.  

Details of the methodology to allow the Public to view these meetings and how to participate will be posted on the City of Easton website:  then click on the Government Tab.  There will be an opportunity for the Public to participate by telecommunications.

During this Disaster Emergency, written comments may also be submitted to

Rita M. Messa, City Clerk by mailing questions to City Clerk’s Office, 123 S. Third Street, Easton, Pa., 18042 or by emailing questions to during the City Council’s virtual meetings.
