Residential Facade Improvement Program

The application period for the City's Residential Façade Improvement Program, funded with $1.7 million of Easton's allocated American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, opened on Monday, September 5. 

This program is ONLY open to City of Easton property owners (residents in College Hill, Downtown, South Side, and West Ward). Residents in surrounding areas (ex. Forks Township, Palmer Township, West Easton, Wilson Borough) are not eligible. 

Applications, along with the program's guidelines, can be accessed by visiting the Department of Community & Economic Development's pages on the City's website

*Applications will be received and approved on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted.
