How do I Signup for Downtown Residential Parking Permit?
Downtown Residential Parking Permit Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license or a proof of residency such as a lease or a utility bill reflecting the current downtown address.
- A valid vehicle registration card reflecting the current downtown address.

If you normally park your vehicle on a snow emergency route and a snow emergency is declared, you may move your vehicle to either one of the City parking decks on South Third Street for the duration of the emergency. To register for emergency notifications go to:
