Short-term Parking: The garage's ground floor is for short-term parking paid with the Park Smarter app. There is a 2-hour time limit on all parking spaces. Drivers without the ParkSmarter app on their mobile device can follow the directions on garage signage to pay to park via text.
Long-term (hourly) Parking: The upper floors are for long-term (hourly) parking. There are no time limits on parking. All payments are by credit card - no cash payment.
- Entering the Garage: Drive up to the entry gate and either pull a ticket from the kiosk or insert a credit card to start the parking session. The entry gate will open and you can proceed to park.
- Exiting the Garage: Drive up to the exit gate and either scan your ticket if one was taken at entry, or insert the same credit card you used at entry. Or pay your ticket at the kiosk on the ground floor next to the elevators before returning to your car. Scan your ticket at the exit gate to raise the arm.
If you encounter any issues with entering or exiting the garage, you can utilize the HELP button on the kiosk screen to speak with a live person for assistance.

- The hourly rate for the garage is $2.50
NOTE: garage parking rates vary during certain city festivals.
Height clearance ground level entrance: 13 feet 6 inches.
Height clearance upper levels entrance: 7 feet 6 inches.
