Right to Know

Welcome to the City of Easton "Right to Know" request page! The City of Easton has developed this page to assist you in your requests for records and other city information that may be of interest to you. You may download the City of Easton "Right to Know" request form, fill it out and deliver it to the City Clerk. You also have the option under state law to send us a letter requesting records or information:

Once the "Right to Know" request form is received, the City of Easton will provide the information to you within 5 business days. If the City cannot provide this information to you within this time period, you will be notified as to when this information will be provided. We also request that you be specific in your request to allow us to properly respond with the records or information requested. The average price for each page of information shall be twenty-five cents a page. The price for oversized pages and prints shall be determined by the cost to the City.
