The City of Easton has partnered with Nvoicepay to facilitate electronic payments to our vendors. We chose Nvoicepay as they are the leader in supplier payment automation and will ensure that your payments are delivered rapidly and securely.
You will continue to send your invoices directly to the City of Easton. Once we have approved your invoice(s) and submitted the payment request, Nvoicepay will send you an electronic payment with remittance details. Please take a moment to enroll with Nvoicepay. A confirmation of your enrollment will be provided.
Vendors have the choice to receive payment via:
- Paper check (Least efficient - not recommended)
- ACH direct deposit
- Mastercard (4% Fee)
- Nvoicepay proprietary payment card
